Interestingly enough, his ex-wife, Juanita Vanoy, has a special connection with the Bulls. After getting her divorce from Jordan, she bought a house for $4.72 million in 2007. This came after a year of splitting with Jordan. She sold the house to DeMar DeRozan in 2021 for $4.5 million.

Furthermore, MJ himself upgraded the rooftop of the house and the media house. This means that DeRozan made a neat profit of around $220,000 from the purchase of the house! The estate has 6 bedrooms and is around 10,200 square feet in size and houses almost every amenity imaginable.
