The 3 time NBA title winning coach, Steve Kerr, believes Green has the calibre to be immortalised in NBA History. Furthermore, the former Chicago Bulls man talked about how Green is one of the best in the league.

There is no shortage of accolades in Draymond Green‘s glittering career. He stayed loyal to the Golden State Warriors and formed a formidable front three with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

After Green put up a phenomenal show against the Denver Nuggets in the first round of the playoffs, the coach had a lot to say about him.

Kerr said, “Draymond’s a Hall of Famer. He’s one of the best players in the league, so tonight he showed why.” Taking to Twitter, Green showed gratitude towards his coach with a simple gesture.

Furthermore, Kerr established Green as one of the best players in the league alongside the likes of LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo and his Warriors teammate, Stephen Curry.

Interestingly enough, Green has voiced his desire to be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in the past. There is no stopping Green from becoming a Hall of Famer if he continues the superb form he is in.

Green leads the Warriors to an important win

Draymond Green is the team’s biggest assets while defending, and he proved it against the Denver Nuggets. Green was able to hold off MVP candidate Nikola Jokic the entire game.

Moreover, he scored 12 points, 9 assists and 6 assists. Additionally, Green successfully held off Jokic as the 2020-21 season MVP scored only 3 of 12.

With this dominant performance, the Warriors got the better of the Nuggets with a 123-107 win. They currently lead the 7 match series 1-0 and are looking like the favorites to go through.
