The NCAA Tournament came to a grand ending on Tuesday. The month-long March-Madness tournament to find out the best team in college resulted in the Kansas Jayhawks pulling off the biggest comeback in championship history. And this came at the expense of the alma mater of Michael Jordan, the University of North Carolina.

Kansas was down by 15 at the half and everyone expected North Carolina to close the game out. But the Jayhawks rallied in dramatic fashion to pull out a 72-69 victory over Jordan’s old college. The game was very close until the end, but Kansas held their nerve despite committing a costly turnover at the end of the game.

North Carolina had a chance to send the game to overtime, but they could not get a quality look in time. After the game, an old meme about Michael Jordan became viral. And it is not what you think it is.

A 3-word vulgar line from Michael Jordan goes viral as his team gets brutally trashed in his finals

Jordan was known to be ultra-competitive and the loss would surely not go down well with His Airness. He did not like to lose and always went out there with the mentality to dominate. Even if that loss meant that fans will get free shoes. An old meme with the face of Jordan started going viral after the game.

This meme became viral when Chris Paul got Michael Jordan to his camp. And Paul challenged Jordan to a shooting contest. And if Jordan missed three shots, everyone in the camp would get Jordans.

Unfortunately for the kids, this did not happen. That’s because Jordan didn’t even miss a shot and he was in his 50s. He drained shots from the wing, from the free-throw line, and even the three-point land. The kids had to go back empty-handed.

This meme was trending again after UNC blew their huge lead and let Kansas seal the game. Jordan never actually said these words, but his win-at-all-costs attitude inspired people to make such memes. This loss would certainly hurt UNC, but this will increase their motivation to do well next time around.
