Sandler explained: “LeBron and Mavericks and this kid Spencer who works with those guys, they would read drafts and make sure it feels authentic. And then also the NBA was at our fingertips because those guys were involved. They would get footage, other players, and just the LeBron name is going to make it feel like alright, this is going to be a legit movie.”

LeBron’s SpringHill Company worked with Sandler to make this movie become a reality. The King understood the concept of the movie well and knew what he had to do. Using his power and reach in the league, James made sure the movie had all it needs.
