NBA legend Dwyane Wade was all over the news recently. However, it was not because of his affiliation with the sport of basketball. Wade and his wife, Gabrielle Union, recently attended a celebrity fashion show that had the world drooling over the two.

Prada debuted its 2023 Spring Collection in Milan very recently, which had stars like Rami Malek, Jake Gyllenhaal, and others in attendance. Safe to say, DWade and his better half managed to steal the limelight despite all the star power present in the program.

The Miami Heat legend sported a casual tank top, which was effortlessly classy. Moreover, his wife sported a similar tank top, which was symbolic of them embracing each other. Interestingly enough, this was Dwyane Wade’s first-ever Prada show. Talk about making a statement on his debut! 

Why did Dwyane Wade wear a tank top to the show?

Apart from twinning with his better half, Wade had an underlying reason behind sporting a tank top. Wade’s stylist, Jason Bolden, said, “We knew the temperature in Milan would be scorching, so we paired the boiler suit with Prada’s yellow knit tank to finish off the look.” He added, “The result, as you can see, was pure magic.“

Interestingly enough, the concept behind Union’s look was largely the same. The stylist wanted Union to embrace her own individuality while having a look that was streamlined with that of Dwyane Wade. The final product was nothing less than spectacular as Union rocked her stylish bra-free top flawlessly.

Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union form one of the best power couples in the world of basketball. The two started dating all the way back in 2009 when Wade played for the Miami Heat. After dating for a while, they publicly announced their relationship in 2010. Consequently, Wade and Union tied the knot in 2014.

The couple welcomed a baby girl together in 2018, Kaavia James. Furthermore, the two share the responsibility of Xavier, Zaya, and Zaire Wade, Dwyane’s children from his previous relationship with his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches.
