The Golden State Warriors are showing out in the playoffs this season. They are controlling the action against Denver in dominating fashion. With a commanding lead in front, their main concern has turned into a power move. Despite Stephen Curry coming off the bench, he is tearing the Nuggets apart. And Jeff Green understands just how good Curry is.

Just before the playoffs, the Warriors got the biggest scare. While playing the Celtics, DPOY Marcus Smart was right on Curry. With the ball loose, Smart dove right onto Curry’s foot to retrieve the ball. The Chef was left in pain as he was diagnosed with bone bruises and an ankle injury.

But despite him coming off the bench, Curry has been exceptional. And Nuggets forward Jeff Green said it very clearly.

Stephen Curry is still elite

Curry’s recovery from injury hasn’t slowed down the three-point king. In Game 2, Steph was completely unleashed. Coming off the bench, he led all the scorers and shot an unreal 70% from the floor. No matter what his role, the Baby-Faced Assassin is doing his job to perfection. With Poole emerging as the third scorer, Curry benefited majorly as he gets a break on passing half-court.

Jeff Green surely knows just how good Steph is. He said no matter if Curry starts or comes off the bench; he is just really good. Green said, “The m*therf**ker is still good as shit.”
