The Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George recently became the talk of the Twitter town as he got married. He got engaged to Daniela Rajic in 2021. Daniela Rajic worked as an adult dancer in a club called ‘Tootsies’ before she met Paul George.

George had an affair with Daniela in the midst of dating Doc Rivers’ daughter, who is now married to Seth Curry. The tweet that announced the wedding garnered a lot of attention from the NBA fans. Fans trolled George for finally getting a ring, while some congratulated him. Surprisingly, in less than 12 hours, the tweet garnered 500 comments, 1100 retweets, and 30,o00 likes.

George and Daniela Rajic share an intricate history. Rajic was pregnant with their first daughter, Olivia, when she was still working at Tootsies. Paul George was still dating Doc Rivers’ daughter Callie at the time he and Daniela Rajic initially started dating. After Rivers’ affair became public, George and Rivers separated.

At first, Rajic initiated a paternity suit against the NBA star, but George refuted these allegations. Going forward, they moved on to share joint custody of their two children. Later, when they become a family of five as George and Rajic got engaged.

Paul George suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right shooting elbow in the middle of the 2021-22 season. That cut his season short. Identically, teammate Kawhi Leonard suffered an injury in the previous season and sat out all 82 games. For the Clippers to gain success, both their stars must be healthy.

George made a comeback this season but suffered another setback due to Covid protocol. Furthermore, the Clippers ended their underwhelming season with a 42-20 record. The LA team has one of the deepest benches in the league. However, the Clippers would not be able to hold on to their current roster in its entirety.

However, sources tell ESPN that Nic Batum turned down his $3.3 million player option and chose to enter free agency. In addition, it is anticipated that the Clippers and Batum will be interested in negotiating a new contract. Recently, Clippers forward Robert Covington agreed to a two-year, $24 million contract extension.

Paul George has built quite a resume. The only thing that would elevate his career is a championship ring. Interestingly, with all the banter on social media about George posing with his wedding ring, there is not a better time to prove his trolls wrong.
