The rivalry between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers was one of the best in NBA history. In the early part, the two teams were more evenly matched, and the games were heated. Both teams gave it their all every time they matched up. In one such instance, it was Draymond Green, who made a spectacular block on LeBron James, but it was ruled as a foul. And now, it looks like Green is still frustrated to this day.

Back in 2015, the Warriors and the Cavs met each other on Christmas day. This was the first time the two teams were meeting after the Finals. The Warriors managed to beat the Cavs 4-2 and win their second title in franchise history. The Cavs put in a herculean effort, but injuries to Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving limited their game plan. LeBron had one of his best Finals series, but that wasn’t enough to overcome the Warriors.

The Warriors were off to a historic start after winning the Finals, going 27-1 in the first 28 games. The Cavs were still trying to fix some problems, but they had a solid record of 19-8. The game was not a high-scoring one but a rather defensive grind out.
