Stephen Curry leads the Warriors in a road win against the Kings

Tonight’s Game 5 was vital for both sides. With everything level, it would decide who holds the upper hand for the remainder of the series. As the night went on, Stephen Curry and the Warriors stunned the Sacramento crowd. Led by the Baby Faced Assassin, they won the game 123-116.

However, it wasn’t just the two-time MVP that stole the show. As their slogan says, ‘Strength in Numbers‘, the Bay area did it justice. Apart from Curry’s 31 points, three other teammates scored over 20 points. As he has been all series long, Andrew Wiggins’ two-way supremacy came in big. He finished the game with 20 points, 2 steals, and 2 blocks.

Klay Thompson added 25 points while hitting five threes. But the biggest surprise of all was Draymond Green. The last time he was in Sacramento, the four-time champion was ejected. So in his return, he came with a chip on his shoulder. Coming off the bench for a second straight game, Green went off for 21 points, 7 assists, and 4 steals in his return to the city.
