The second day of the 2021 NBA playoffs is underway. While teams like the Knicks and 76ers are playing tonight, there is no denying that the marquee matchup of the day is between the defending champions Los Angeles Lakers and the Western Conference juggernaut in Phoenix Suns.

The defending champions had a horrendous regular season. With injuries to star players like LeBron James and Anthony Davis, the Lakers had to participate in the play-in tournament as they finished in seventh position of the West.
