Boston Celtics star Al Horford‘s younger sister has become a target of backlash from the fans due to her repeated digs at some of the biggest NBA stars in the league. Horford’s sister Anna Horford has been quite vocal on Twitter firing shots at LeBron James, Joel Embiid, and Kyrie Irving’s sides in recent times. Despite the widespread criticism, Horford does not seem to have any plans of stopping anytime soon. Recently, she struck again at her next victim after destroying LeBron James and Joe Embiid’s teams.

The Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Milwaukee Bucks recently became a target of Anna Horford’s digs after their close victory against the Boston Celtics by 131-125. Despite the absence of many Celtics stars, Boston managed to drag the Bucks into overtime and nearly snatched the win away.

Al Horford’s sister Anna Horford recently retweeted a post from Celtics analyst Marc D’Amico, who pointed out how the resilient Celtics team put Giannis’ Bucks in a tricky position at home. As per the tweet, “Milwaukee hangs on by the skin of its teeth in OT at home, in a game that went down to the final seconds – against a Celtics team that was missing Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, and Al Horford.”

Despite an impressive outing with 36 points, 13 rebounds, and 9 assists from Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Celtics kept on coming back and dragged the Bucks into overtime, where Milwaukee won by 15-9. Anna Horford highlighted the Bucks’ miserable situation as Giannis Antetokounmpo and co. became her latest victim.

However, the criticism of the star NBA athletes has subjected Horford to a lot of heat from the fans. As per reports, Anna Horford received death threats after her controversial tweet about LeBron James.

Last month, the Lakers had a chance of winning against the Boston Celtics in a game that eventually went into overtime. During the final moments of the fourth quarter, James missed a layup after which he urged the referee to call a foul. Unfortunately, the no-call, that the referees later on admitted to be a mistake, drew an animated reaction from a frustrated LeBron James. The game went into overtime and the Lakers lost 125-121. 

After some time, Anna Horford posted a tweet claiming that a deleted tweet by her about LeBron James’s reaction against Boston triggered threats from fans. Anna Horford wrote, “I tweeted & deleted ‘And the Oscar goes to’ about Lebron’s reaction & Lakers fans lost their damn minds. Like, that was one of my mildest tweets ever…”

Meanwhile, Horford also took down Joel Embiid’s 76ers after they lost a game against the Celtics in the absence of some crucial players. She claimed that the rivalry between the Celtics and the 76ers was ‘non-existent’, given how Philadelphia performed against her brother’s team. Thus, it would be thrilling to find out who will become Anna Horford’s next victim.
