Surprisingly, the released pictures of the mansion did not have any hoop for Ben to practice his shooting. 

Now, it is worth considering that this can be a telling sign of the upcoming trade window for the athlete. The Sixers fans are almost done with him and want him out after his depleting performance.

He averaged a playoff-low 11.9 points and shot a league-low 34.2% from the free-throw line in the 2021 postseason.

The real estate move is hinting towards a Lakers trade and two other things

Remember, how by the year 2016, Maverick Carter, LeBron James, and Rich Paul had purchased properties in LA? It was a sure-shot signal that Bron was ready to take his talents to the Lakers.

Now, Ben Simmons’ move is hinting towards the same. Otherwise, why would he purchase such a lavish property more than 2700 miles away from Philly?

But hold on to that thought because the Lakers might have to scrutinize a lot before coming to one such deal. Rob Pelinka is in urgent need of a floor spacer and a prolific shooter, none of which are Ben’s expertise.

However, Bron likes him and that was the reason he picked the defensive gun for his ASG team.

Other than that angle, his choice of the Hidden Hills also means that he would get to live near many Kardashians. And if that does not make sense today, how about the odds of joining the Clippers?
