The Los Angeles Lakers are having a season worth forgetting this year. With a plague of injuries and inconsistencies, they are out of the play-in tournament as well. While it looked like things couldn’t get any worse, an update had fans fuming. Recently, reports came out stating Kendrick Nunn could be out for the remainder of the season. This caused an outrage among the Laker fans on Twitter.

In the off-season, the Lakers made some big moves. Notably, their biggest move was bringing on former MVP, Russell Westbrook to the roster. However, there were other moves that had fans’ excitement going. One of them was the entry of Kendrick Nunn. While on the Heat, Nunn solidified himself as an effective scorer. However, he never got a chance to suit up for his new team as he is dealing with an injury.

Lakers fan furious after latest Nunn update

While the season doesn’t get any better for the Laker fans, they had to deal with more bad news. According to Chris Haynes, Kendrick Nunn will be sitting out for the remainder of the season. This was not taken well by the fans on Twitter as they reacted to the heartbreaking news.

The fans’ frustrations can be understood as injuries have been a common theme for the purple and gold this season. Despite having three of the top players in the NBA, the Lakers have struggled to find any grip. This comes from the constant injuries to their stars. Even now Anthony Davis remains to be on the sidelines with another injury. Similar with Nunn, who is yet to put on the jersey this season.

With the Lakers’ season in jeopardy now, even AD can’t do much but watch from the sidelines.
