The series between the Miami Heat and the Atlanta Hawks was one to watch. Though the Heat won 4-1, it was a physical and grueling series. Hawks star, Trae Young, was defended excellently by the Heat and he said he felt like he was back in his college days. But the series also had a few controversial moments, and it was the usual culprits who were reprimanded for their antics. One of them was Markieff Morris, who was fined $25,000 for a controversial play.

It was the third quarter of game 5. Hawks’ De’Andre Hunter had the ball and he was double teamed by the Heat. He got the ball out of that tough situation but he lost his balance and went out of the court, to the bench area of the Heat. There, Morris grabbed Hunter for a few seconds and stopped him from getting back into play. When the ball was passed back to him, Hunter caught the ball out of bounds and the Hawks lost possession. He protested Morris held him back, but to no avail. But the NBA did not let him pass, and they fined Morris for preventing Hunter from entering the court.

On the other hand, the Sixers will have two unstoppable forces. There has been no answer for Joel Embiid this season. He is the favorite for the MVP award and he showed why, in the series against the Raptors. They will also have James Harden, arguably the greatest scorer of this era. He may not have been at his best in the last few games, but make no mistake, Harden can explode at any moment. This will be a brilliant series to watch as two teams with completely different styles take on each other.
