NBA Twitter in Shambles as Brady Beal Reportedly Set to Have Superstar Help at Wizards With Massive Trade

The NBA has seen some game-changing moves in recent seasons. With big names moving teams, the dynamic of the league has changed. However, in the age of super teams, Bradley Beal remains as a solo star on the Wizards. Now it seems he could be in for a reunion with his NBA brother.

John Wall has been dealing with injuries for the longest time. Ever since the 2018-19 season, Wall has barely played any basketball in the NBA. Moreover, with the Rockets agreeing to sit out Wall, he has been out of action. But with the recent talks around the league, there is a chance of his return to Washington.

Recently, The Athletic reported that Beal isn’t against a potential return with John Wall.

NBA fans beg for John Wall’s return to Wizards

The Washington Wizards made way to get some fresh talent this year. With the Russell Westbrook trade going through, many counted the Wizards out. But it sounds they got the better end of the trade as the Lakers are struggling. With the young Wizards having organized a solid core, the future is looking bright. However, the good news may be getting better for them with rumors of a potential John Wall return.

Wall was the franchise face for the Wizards during his tenure. Making 5 All-Star appearances, Wall really left his all with Washington. Moreover, his chemistry with Beal goes beyond brotherhood. Notably’ Wall said he will always call Beal a brother as he supported him during his mother’s passing.

While there is excitement among the Wizard fans to see Wall come home, the finances will be an issue. Moreover, Wall can’t produce at the level he did in his prime. With the Wizards looking to transition from the rebuilding stage, a Wall return might slow things down. Over the last three seasons, Wall has played just 113 games while sitting out the entire current season.

But while there are downsides, there are also upsides. Wall could be a deadly backup scorer for the Wizards. If he accepts taking a pay cut, Wall’s two-way play could make for a deadly bench unit. While he hasn’t played much, Wall still posted over 19 points per season.
