The Brooklyn Nets made a big trade during the deadline that had the NBA shook. They brought in Ben Simmons, Andre Drummond, and Seth Curry for James Harden. While Simmons is yet to get his season started, Seth and Drummond made their debuts. Interestingly, Stephen Curry showed support to his little brother as he scored his first points as a Net.

The Nets have been a roller coaster all season long. First it was the Kyrie Irving situation that had them take some tough decisions. Later, while things seemed to go smoothly, their playing roster lost KD to injury. And now they have to rebuild their chemistry with the exit of The Beard.

Sibling rivalry is surely a thing. And while the Curry brothers have competed in the NBA, they always have each other’s back.

Steph came out showing his support to Seth for starting a new chapter in Brooklyn. Seth came out strong on his debut, making two quick buckets for the Nets. He and Drummond have both already made their presence felt as the Nets lead at half time (against the Kings).

The Nets sure lost a huge piece in Harden, but they have some serious potential at disposal. They have gained three starters and all add a different dynamic to the team. While Seth is one of the best shooters in the league, they have Drummond who dominates the glass. The combination of rebounding and shooting seems to work so far as Nets took a 55-48 lead at halftime.

Moreover, while Simmons may not have played yet, he is one of the best defenders in the league. He also adds size which can help the Nets create a big lineup they have lacked all season long. Hence, they can create a great roster alongside Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. Presently, the Nets are in deep trouble as they are on a major losing streak. However, with the new additions, they could gain some stability even when playing road games.
