Skip Bayless is one of the most well-known and polarizing journalists in the world of sports. The veteran journalist has consistently slandered LeBron James throughout his 27-year career, with no expectation of a response from the opposing side.

The “Undisputed” host probably holds the world record for the largest one-sided communication relationship in the history of mankind, without a response. The analyst is infamous for his wild takes, and there isn’t a day that rolls by that he doesn’t have something to say about LeBron James. And today was no different.

NBA Legend Karl Malone Once Picked LeBron James Over Michael Jordan as Preferred Teammate: “He Plays Like Me”

The LA Lakers had a lackluster season as they failed to make the playoffs despite being one of the preseason favorites to win it all. Despite this, LeBron James returned to the Lakers Training Facility to put in some work for the upcoming season in order to put the frustrating season behind him. This may have offered supporters some optimism, as his future with the Lakers has been up in the air.

Skip Bayless, naturally, did not miss this chance and targeted the King yet again. The analyst tweeted, “Hey, Bron: You’d better lay off the flamin’ hot cheddar & sour cream Ruffles. The older you get, the harder it gets to get back in shape. You just took SIX WEEKS off. Today was your first day back in your LA gym. Recommit!” James returned from a family vacation in the Maldives and immediately got down to the brass tacks.

However, according to Skip, James’ six-week layoff was excessive, and he should recommit to being focused and getting into shape. The analyst’s dislike for James is no secret; however, his tweet was definitely a bit of a stretch. LeBron James has epitomized longevity throughout his storied NBA career. Therefore, for Skip Bayless, who himself has never been an athlete, to ask LeBron to recommit is comically absurd.

Kyle Kuzma reacted to Skip Bayless calling out LeBron James

Kyle Kuzma‘s reaction to Skip’s tweet about James was pretty much similar to that of practically every NBA fan.

Kyle was LeBron James’ teammate in the Los Angeles Lakers. He was with the organization for three seasons and played a pivotal role in the Lakers lifting the 2020 NBA title. Nevertheless, Kyle Kuzma was shipped to the Washington Wizards in the 2021 preseason as part of a five-team deal that allowed the Los Angeles Lakers to acquire Russell Westbrook

One thing that has propelled LeBron James to the pinnacle of athleticism is his unwavering work ethic. One can be certain that the Lakers forward, although becoming older by the day, will strive to improve in every element of his game. James averaged over 30 points per game as a 37-year-old last season which has never been done before. And the chief reason for this is his work ethic.

Therefore, for Skip Bayless to question James’ commitment was extremely ludicrous on the analyst’s behalf.
