Winfrey wants to win the Super Bowl for Cleveland just like his idol LeBron James

LeBron James did a lot of great things for the city of Cleveland. He built schools for kids with fewer opportunities, brought businesses to the city, created job opportunities for young people, and much more.

However, the one that the city most appreciates is the 2016 NBA championship. Winfrey wants to replicate that remarkable achievement.

He wants to win the Super Bowl for the Cleveland Browns, “I’m trying to bring a championship to Cleveland. Just like he did“.

LeBron James single-handedly carried the Cavaliers to the NBA finals after his draft. But unfortunately, he couldn’t get the job done.

In fact, he had to leave his beloved city to get a shot at the championship with the Miami Heat. Naturally, the Cleveland fans weren’t too happy with the decision, to say the least.

But ‘the kid from Akron’ returned to take care of unfinished business. Therefore, the fans had to forgive him, eventually.

The Cleveland Cavaliers, led by King James, came back from a 3-1 deficit to win the 2016 NBA championship. And the city of Cleveland erupted in celebration.

It is no surprise that Winfrey wants to replicate that feat. But he would have to work pretty hard to achieve a similar result.
