NFL fans mock NBA as TNT cancels Thursday night basketball

Thursday nights are a key evening for sport. While the NBA has top fixtures throughout the week, Thursday night football is something that all of America looks forward to. According to a fresh report, leading broadcasters TNT will not air the NBA’s regular season games up until January. This will be done in order to ensure that there are no clashes with Thursday Night Football.

In addition, TNT will also be shifting their Thursday Night schedule of Ernie, Kenny, Shaq and Chuck to Tuesday nights. While NBA fans were bemused at the decision, NFL fans ran riot on social media. While one fan boldly claimed “NFL is so much better,” another said “NFL owns the NBA.” Have a look.
