2x NFL Pro Bowl wide receiver Steffon Diggs’ presence in the side-court wasn’t lucky for the Toronto Raptors. The Raptors crashed against The Golden State Warriors despite the absence of Stephen Curry. But the major takeaway from the match-up was the 23-year-old was Jordan Poole. He fulfilled the absence of Curry with his dominant performance. Poole ended the game with a career-best performance leaving the NBA world in disbelief.
Jordan Poole scored 43 points beating his previous record of 38 points in their win over the Raptors with 126-110 on the board. Not to forget the contribution of Klay Thomson and Draymond Green with 17 points each. Poole’s performance promised fans that he could reach Curry’s stature and potentially act as a proxy for the Dubs superstar in the near future.
