The statement seemingly encouraged Shaquille O’Neal to issue a challenge of his own. In response to Mahomes, the big man nudged in, as he said, “I see what you did. You told us about your jump shot, so that means you and Travis [Kelce] are challenging me and Kenny [Smith].”

Following Big Diesel’s offer, Mahomes stepped in to restrict the game to a free throw contest, but Shaq stuck to a 2-on-2 challenge, leaving the NFL star laughing in confusion.
