NFL legend Tom Brady is going through a tough phase in his life, professionally and personally. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB is in the middle of his divorce with his wife Gisele Bundchen. Following the problems in his personal life, Brady is having a tough time on the field. The seven-time Super Bowl champ now has a losing record through his first seven games for the first time since 2002. Recently, NFL veteran Spice Adams called out Shaquille O’Neal for his blind support towards Tom Brady during his poor run of form in the league.

During the recent iteration of The Big Podcast, host Nischelle Turner asked Shaq if his dear friend stayed a year too long in the NFL, resulting in his poor start to the season. Shaquille O’Neal denied the claims revealing that he could not do anything right too when he was going through a divorce with his ex-wife Shaunie in 2006.

Shaq predicted that Brady would have a tough time going forward and it might not be because of his age. O’Neal was quite sure that all the things going around Tom Brady is affecting his games. And it has nothing to do with his age. The Lakers legend said, “I know it’s it because when you get divorced the first thing mama do is take them babies, away.”

Further, Shaq hoped that Brady and Bundchen would reconcile instead of getting separated. Meanwhile, former NFL veteran Spice Adams pointed out that Brady was still playing like trash. Nischelle agreed with Spice’s claims stating that Brady is not in the best of forms, no matter what the reason might be.

Spice Adams further stated that everyone gets judged for how they play. He continued, “Everybody else getting judged off of their play. He need to be getting judged off his play too, he playing like trash. Russell Wilson playing like trash, he playing like trash.”

Brady is clearly struggling after Gisele Bundchen decided to separate from him after 13 years of marriage. It is believed that Tom Brady wanted to play one more season while Bundchen wanted him to retire. As a result, Gisele Bundchen reportedly decided to hire a lawyer and file for a divorce.

Bardy has received a great deal of criticism following his poor run of form. However, Shaq reminded everyone that he was still one the greatest athlete to have ever played in the NFL. O’Neal trusted in Brady’s ability to bounce back, hoping that things would get better soon.
