LeBron James and his start to the season with the Los Angeles Lakers is forgettable, to say the least. The four-time NBA champion is not having fun on the LA side and things seem grim. Amongst all of this, recently a talk show host decided to dissect the game of the 6’9″ legend. And he had some interesting opinions to share. James’ game isn’t gracious according to the host and fans had a mixed reaction to the statement.

Chris Broussard recently explained why he thinks that the Lakers superstar doesn’t have a gracious game. Fans had mixed reactions to the statement as they gave their own opinions of the Chosen One.
James was compared to great players since the start of his career. The young boy straight from high school was destined for greatness, and 19 years later, nobody can deny it. However, the comparisons are still on as recently Chris Broussard of Fox sports engaged in a conversation about James’ gameplay.
Chris Broussard on LeBron James
Chris Broussard was recently hosting the Odd couple podcast with Rob Parker and an had interesting take to share. And as always, the comparison between Michael Jordan and LeBron James ensued.
Broussard said, “As great as LeBron is, and both you and I have him as the second-best player ever to Jordan, and I actually think, I think Jordan was just better, period – but I also think, Rob, particularly with the casual fan, I think one of the things that works in Jordan’s favor and maybe right now in Steph’s favor is that their games are prettier than LeBron’s,”
Broussard also mentioned that he thinks James is closer to Karl Malone with point guard skills. Adding to his opinion that Stephen Curry and Michael Jordan’s games were easy on the game. Fans had mixed reactions to this take as they went on to give their own opinion on the matter.
I used to call Lebron a mix of Magic and Malone. I think his game is not as graceful as Jordan or Kobe or Steph, but still very beautiful to watch.

I agree. This is what separates LeBron into a lower tier.

Karl Malone with point guard skills is arguably the greatest player in nba history lmao

Stop that Narrative , He's never been a Point Guard….! The only reason He played Point Guard is because the game change from playing it the right way and not the SOFTER WAY…! So yes, He is a Karl Malone type player!!!

LeBron James is the most unique basketball player in our lifetime. You cannot put him in a category because he’s in a category all by himself. Period. pic.twitter.com/Sx7DJmO8MU

Lebron's game is Power & Finesse. Pretty is in the eye of the beholder. But the hate is real, real

Broussard’s comments on the likeness of James to Karl Malone also had some reactions as it was a compliment according to many. Some pointed out that success in sports is measured by results and not how it looks like. There were many who agreed to the assessment as well.
All these discussions can continue for as long as they want to but there is one fact that will remain.
