However, a controversial no-call during crunch time lead to a Lakers defeat leaving the four-time champion furious. Soon after, another disheartening news followed.

Hence, he was ruled out of the game against the Brooklyn Nets and watched his team bag their second straight loss on Monday night. LeBron’s participation in their next game against the New York Knicks still hangs in the balance. Despite these troubles, LeBron seemed in the best of spirits on Instagram.

Following the game against the Nets, LeBron posted a couple of Instagram stories. These stories featured his mother, Gloria James. It was a screenshot from a video call between the mother and son duo. In the first story, Gloria and LeBron smiled from ear to ear – giving off a heartwarming vibe.

In 2020, when LeBron bagged his fourth championship title, he rushed to call his mother amidst all the celebration. The two shared a 2-minute long conversation where they sounded excited and overjoyed.
