Offensive Guard Michael Jordan says it is not fun growing up with that name
Michael Jordan( Not the basketball player) is an Offensive Gaurd who plays for the Carolina Panthers in the National Football League. He was drafted in the 2019 NFL draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. Jordan was asked about his experience growing up with the name Michael Jordan.
He says “Growing up is not fun when you s*ck at Basketball.. I was the tallest all the time and I cannot play basketball to save my life”. However, he further adds, saying that” I’ll be the Michael Jordan of Football. That’s all I got to say.”
Why is the name Jordan so famous?
Jordan is a cultural phenomenon that is still very popular to this date. He was integral in making the NBA a global sport and he was the Icon of the league for a very long time.
Along with that, his win at all costs attitude resonated with fans all across the globe. In fact, Jordan is still popular to this date and fans have not forgotten for what he stood for.
Jordan has his own line of shoes called Air Jordan, and they are popular to this day. All in all, the name Michael Jordan is one of the most famous names in history, and it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna go away anytime soon.
