After watching LeBron take his game to another level this season, Paul Pierce is certain he sees a similar skill set in James as Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant possessed.

“You know what I like, as LeBron’s gotten older he’s gone to the post a lot more. That’s what you saw with Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, when you get a little older you can’t be on the ball as much,” said Pierce.

So, he is relying more on his basketball IQ and passing ability. There are many people who have drawn comparisons between LeBron and other all-time greats, but hearing it from someone like Paul Pierce who has competed against them is pretty special.

He is averaging more assists and fewer rebounds this season, something he has never done before.

As long as LeBron continues to play at this high level, there’s no doubt that he will be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.
