The Los Angeles Lakers ended their preseason with yet another loss to their name. While they had a lead in the fourth quarter, important stops and buckets for Kings helped them pull it in their favor. While their ‘Big 3’ did their part, another bad bench performance set course for their loss.

With a winless preseason, the pressure will all be on the Lakers to deliver in the regular season. With so much firepower added, they will have to develop the chemistry. Also, the major issue comes with their bench, as their performance will be crucial for the Lakers in the regular-season run.

Fans d0n’t hold back as Lakers go winless

The Lakers took a 112-116 loss to the Sacramento Kings tonight. With their first regular-season game only days away, a lot of concerns have come to surface. However, the Kings have been on point going 4 for 4 in their preseason. Reacting to the Lakers’ loss, fans had their say on the matter.

LeBron James went on for a big night, registering 30 points and 6 assists. Russell Westbrook also had himself a good night being efficient from the field and making important plays towards the end. He finished the game with 18 points, 5 assists, and 3 steals. However, a rare Anthony Davis bad night came into play today. He couldn’t get it going from the start and scored 0 second-half points.

Moreover, veteran point guard Rajon Rondo’s struggle in his second stint continued. He failed to add any points and could only get 4 assists. Jordan had a good game with a 12 point and 11 rebounds double-double to his name. For Sacramento, Terence Davis caught fire as he went 6/12 from downtown. De’Aaron Fox came up with some big buckets in the fourth quarter as he ended the game with 21 points to his name.

Another thing that came clear was that the regular season atmosphere is setting right in. The Lakers are doing their best to develop chemistry between their ‘Big 3’, and they did show out tonight. Unfortunately for them, as their bench has been disappointing all throughout the preseason, the Lakers will have to give a thought to their main rotations.
