The Splash Brothers were recently invited as guests on the show Through The Wire. The two stars talked about various aspects of basketball and golf.

The duo will be going up against Patrick Mahomes and his best friend Travis Kelce in Capital One?s The Match.

Both Curry and Thompson are confident about them coming out on top. They were even sure that it would be Travis Kelce who would be landing himself in troubled waters.?

The prompt reply came after the host questioned them about the player most likely to hit the ball in the water out of the four professional athletes.?

?Imma go with Kelce,” Curry said. “You gotta smooth swing but I feel like he?s gonna be talking so much that he might just forget where he hitting it. And get a little distracted in the middle of the round somewhere.?

The host even inquired about the NBA stars’ gameplan to deal with the NFL duo’s trash-talking on the course. Their reply to that was their teammate and defensive stopper, Draymond Green.

Curry’s past experience from his last tournament

Stephen Curry?s prediction of Travis Kelce hitting the ball in the water was followed by his takeaway from their last tournament. That is when the four-time NBA champion gave his insight into Phil Mickelson as well.

He went on to reveal that there were a few things he intended to avoid from Mickelson?given his previous experience from his last tournament with him.

Curry also emphasized on enjoying his time on the course instead of just being zoned in throughout the matchup.
