Giannis Antetokounmpo is slowly but surely turning into an NBA all-time great in his own right. The Milwaukee Bucks superstar won back-to-back NBA MVP awards in both 2019 and 2020. This placed him among an elite three-person list with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and LeBron James as the only NBA MVP awardees before turning 26. In a renowned feat, Antetokounmpo also spearheaded the Bucks’ 2020-21 NBA championship-winning season.
Giannis’ NBA colleagues often praise him for his spirited play style. Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves did just that, after their game against the Bucks.
Edwards described how Giannis played against the Timberwolves, saying, “With a guy like that you can’t stress about him scoring. That’s what he gonna do. Muh-fu*ker’s like 7-2, 280 pounds. Sh*t, we put four people on him and he’ll still score the ball.”

The 26-year-old Milwaukee Bucks power forward is famously well known for having an aggressive style of play. He often drives to the basket from the inside of the basketball court. The ‘Greek Freak’ accumulates a lot of harsh challenges and fouls on himself by opposing teams’ players, but that does not hinder from reaching his eventual destination – the basket. The 2021 NBA Finals MVP most recently made it into the NBA’s 75th Anniversary Team.
