Michael Jordan is back as the face of NBA 2K

The most anticipated basketball game, NBA 2K23 is only a couple of months away from launch. Fans are waiting in excitement to discover what new things are coming with this edition of the game. However, for the time being, NBA 2K gave fans one of the biggest updates yet. They revealed their new cover athletes as Michael Jordan and Devin Booker. While it is the first time the Suns’ guard has got this honor, His Airness isn’t making his debut on the cover.

As one of the greatest players in history, it would only be fair for Michael Jordan to be on the cover of an NBA game. After dedicating his life to the sport, MJ got his rewards in all fashions. When it comes to NBA 2K, the six-time MVP has been on the cover three times prior to his recent appearance. NBA 2K11, 2K12, and 2K16 featured the icon on the covers. But this time around, he has two covers for himself. He will grace the game’s Michael Jordan edition and the Championship edition.

On the other hand, Devin Booker is on this stage for the first time. The 25-year-old All-Star set the court on fire with the Suns this season. Averaging nearly 27 points per game, Booker has transitioned into probably one of the finest scorers in the NBA.
