This player is none other than 27-year-old Jerami Grant. The tall forward has been a vibrant threat for Detroit, and a charging menace for opposition players. He has averaged over 20 points and nearly 5 rebounds per game, which will impress Jeanie Buss and co.

After all, LeBron James and the Lakers are in need of some backup. With star player Anthony Davis out due to injury and some reinforcements required off the bench, Grant might be the perfect answer to LA’s troubles. But who are they planning to sacrifice?

Playing in his third season now, 21-year-old Talen Horton-Tucker has seen a slow rise in the minutes he is getting to play. A talented second or third choice guard, Talen has made some valuable contributions this year. However, the young #5 is reportedly on the chopping block now.

As reported by RealGM, the Lakers have surveyed the potential prospects, and now eye Jerami Grant as a top target. The side has offered two players, Talen Horton-Tucker and Kendrick Nunn, in order to acquire the Pistons’ #9. In addition, the 2020 champions have also reportedly added a 1st Round pick to the deal. NBA fans are going berserk over the possible swap deal.
