Despite good performances from LeBron James, it wasn’t enough to take his team across the line. In fact, LeBron received little help from his counterparts.
Anthony Davis suffered from injuries all season and Russell Westbrook struggled to find form after making his superstar move from the Washington Wizards.
After making his move from the Portland Trailblazers, Carmelo Anthony has shocked the entire fanbase. He averaged 13.3 points, 1.0 assists, and 4.2 assists. Furthermore, his shooting has impressed everyone.
He shot 37.5% of his 3-pointers this season. Interestingly enough, he has been one of the best performers for the Lakers this season.
Despite rumors of him potentially retiring at the end of the season, it seems Melo is ready for another season. But, his future with the Lakers is looking bleak.

The only thing missing in Anthony’s glorious career is a ring and a move to any of these two teams might give him a chance to add a ring in potentially his last season next year.
