The scuffle between Morris and Sochan allegedly was triggered after Sochan shot a three-pointer. He reportedly held up three fingers near Morris’ face. According to the Daily Mail, “The Nets’ veteran verbally let the rookie know that wasn’t appreciated and then delivered a shoulder into Sochan’s chest on the ensuing possession.”
The play ultimately resulted in Morris receiving an offensive and technical foul while Sochan got a flagrant foul 1. Both teams had to separate the two heated players.
Kevin Durant’s teammate didn’t hold back either
Morris spoke about the brawl later on. He said, “I set a hard screen and then he grabbed me. He actually did like a wrestling move on me“.

That’s pretty much it.” After their argument in court, he only had one thing to say about Jeremy Sochan. He said, “He’s still got yellow hair.”
