Following the Lakers’ obvious struggles this year, NBA veteran Russell Westbrook has come under the scanner. The guard has been under massive pressure to perform but hasn’t lived up to his bidding thus far. Ever since then, fans and analysts have questioned his spot on the roster. Finally, addressing his trade rumors after days, the 33-year-old has made some stunning revelations.

In the view to build an experienced lineup, Lakers owner Jeanie Buss roped in Russell Westbrook. At the end of the previous edition of the league, Westbrook spoke with fellow Lakers LeBron James and Anthony Davis, in the hope to unite. Needless to say, their talks resulted in them forming a deadly trio. Yet, the Lakers sit in 7th position and have failed to show consistency.
