According to Pippen, the documentary is about Jordan building the Bulls’ dynasty while forgetting about his teammates’ efforts.
However, in recent reports, Pippen was found talking about Jordan’s decision to not be accountable to the team in his book “Unguarded” with respect to the 1992 NBA Finals.

The prologue to the recent book “Unguarded” contains an instance from the 1992 NBA Finals in which Pippen describes Jordan’s behavior in the match. On page XVII, he wrote the following:
“Heading into the fourth quarter, the Blazers were ahead by 15 points. Jerome Kersey, their small forward, and Terry Porter, their point guard, were playing extremely well. Michael, meanwhile, was trying to do too much and it was backfiring. “You have to get him out of there,” Tex Winter, one of our assistant coaches, pleaded to Phil. “He’s holding the ball too long, destroying the action.“

On November 9th, Scottie Pippen’s published his autobiography, “Unguarded”. In the book, he makes some claims about Michael Jordan and his tenure at the Chicago Bulls.
“He couldn’t have been more condescending if he tried,” Pippen wrote of Jordan’s role in ‘The Last Dance,’ adding, “Now here I was, in my mid-fifties, seventeen years since my final game, watching us being demeaned once again. Living through it the first time was insulting enough.”
