NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal was one of the most dominant players to grace the basketball court. During his prime, he was unstoppable on both ends of the court. However, Shaq is not just a basketball player.
He is an entrepreneur, musician, DJ, comedian, actor, basketball analyst, etc. He is one of the best entertainers in the game of basketball. And O’Neal continues to entertain fans long after his retirement.

In his ‘Big Podcast with Shaq’, Nischelle Turner, former NFL player Spice Adams, and Shaq discuss almost everything that is trending around the world. The Big Diesel shares his opinions about various topics via the podcast.
In the latest episode called ‘The Big Shaqstrumental’, the trio talked about Shaq’s DJ tour, the story about him signing with the Los Angeles Lakers, Russell Westbrook, etc.
O’Neal was back after his recent DJ tour around Europe and Nischelle and Adams couldn’t comprehend his black beard. Adams joked that he was impressed with how Shaq’s beard dye was able to hold up in a foreign country.
Turner couldn’t control her laughter and said that she didn’t bring it up. O’Neal replied with a punchline, saying that Spice Adams is a jealous old man.

Then Nischelle wondered whether she and Adams have to buy into this madness of Shaq having an all-black beard. Adams said that he isn’t going to buy into it. Turner then said, “If I took a poll of 10 women in the newsroom and entertainment today, right now. 9 out of 10 of those women would say you are like sexy as a silver fox. So I don’t understand the need…”

Turner then said that she wants to dig deep because she thinks what Shaq is going through is psychological. She asked, “Do you have an issue with getting older?” The Big Diesel admitted, saying, “Yes.”
So Nischelle wanted to know the reason behind it. “Because Deon Cole did a comedy special that messed me up for life.” He continued, “In his comedy special, he’s like ‘Where the 30-year-olds at?’ ‘Where the 40-year-olds like me?’ And he said, ’15 summers left’. And that hit me ever since you know. I’m like ‘Damn! I’m 50! In 10 summers I’ll be 60’…”

The Lakers legend said that in 20 summers, he will be 70 years old. He admitted that he is trying to stay young as long as he can. Shaq also said that, for example, he could do a two-hand dunk for fun when he was younger. And now he has to stretch, and wear knee braces and ankle pads before getting on the court.
Even though Shaquille O’Neal is getting older, he has been having the best time possible with all his various endeavors.
