Charles Barkley sets the record straight on Salt Lake City remarks

Responding to a tweet by the Utah Jazz owner Ryan Smith, who refuted Barkley’s claims by tweeting, “C’mon…You don’t actually believe these guys. Charles lives in a hotel in ATL and orders room service 3 meals a day”, the former NBA player was quick to clarify his statements. He praised the splendor of Salt Lake City, mentioning the favorable weather and their fabulous hotels.

He did say, “First of all, I did not order room service one time. I enjoyed Salt Lake city. I was saying there was not a lot of alcohol flowing.” When questioned about the possibility of having fun without alcohol, Barkley adamantly replied, “That’s be a hard no.” He even quipped about Shaq’s disappointment with the absence of hookah, which is his preferred indulgence.
