Shaquille O’Neal is a popular figure both on and off the field. He is one of the most entertaining players and is an eminent figure in the world of entertainment. Another trait of Shaq which is admired by his fans is his kindness.

Shaq also has a popular online series called Life of Shaq which revolves around the life of the star.

Shaq on Kids:

Episode 2 of the second season in Life of Shaq showed us the softer side of Shaquille O’Neal. He helps struggling businesses hit by the pandemic and is seen having a fun time with kids.

Shaq let the kids come and watch his shoot and also requested the police officers to let them through. The narrator mentioned,” It doesn’t matter what kind of mood Shaq is in, there’s always time for kids.

In the video, Shaq says, “Ain’t nothing better than making kids smile.” His love for children can be seen in his various programs launched for helping underprivileged kids.

Shaq once mentioned in an interview with PEOPLE, “Children are innocent. They don’t know any better. They don’t go through things that we go through when it comes to paying bills and doing that. No child should wake up and not have anything to eat.”

Shaquille O’Neal the philanthropist:

Apart from being one of the greatest players of all time, and an entertaining commentator, Shaquille O’Neal is an overall nice guy. He is famous for helping strangers in need by paying off their bills and helping them in any way possible.

If I’m somewhere and see somebody’s needing something, I’ll take care of it. My favorite places to go to are Best Buy and furniture stores. A lot of people describe it as giving back. I describe it as doing what you’re supposed to do. You’re supposed to help those in need.

He is also the founder of the eponymous foundation for underserved youth. Shaq has also funded schools hit by the pandemic so that they can continue with their sports programs.
