This had actually become viral on NBA Twitter and elsewhere due to the Rudy Gobert beef. Shaq had posted this exact same incident on his Instagram.

The video shows him getting pushed by Chris Dudley in one match. He was pushed so hard that he ended up with the spectators in the front seat. Shaq did not let this be. On the 28 of March 1999, Shaq took his revenge. Dudley was guarding Shaq. Unfortunately for Dudley, Shaq turned quickly and dunked the ball on him. Eventually, Shaq had his legs wrapped around him. He pushed Dudley after he got down. Later, Chris Dudley became angry as he tried to throw the ball at Shaq as retaliation.
