Shaquille O’Neal is well-liked for his outgoing nature and honest opinions, apart from his unreal NBA domination. Shaq has been an NBA analyst for years and has established a respectable reputation with honest and bold takes on controversial situations. Usually, Shaq is known for roasting many renowned personalities and athletes in his critical takes. However, the Los Angeles Lakers legend recently teamed up with co-host Nischelle Turner at The Big Podcast to rip an NFL legend with a Joe Burrow reference.

NFL legend and analyst Spice Adams has often appeared on The Big Podcast. In a recent episode, Adams appeared in a San Francisco 49ers outfit. However, he was hilariously roasted by Shaquille O’Neal and co-host Nischelle Turner. While Adams spent the first three seasons of his NFL journey with the 49ers, he is known to be a huge supporter of the Chicago Bears, the team he represented during the rest of his career as an NFL athlete. Thus, the move for Spice Adams became a target of Shaquille O’Neal recently.

Shaquille O’Neal supports Joe Burrow’s Bengals to roast Adams

In the recent iteration of The Big Podcast, Shaquille O’Neal told Adams that supporting two teams was like ‘breaking the law’ and ‘unfair’. The four-time NBA champ argued that Adams needed to choose between the team that drafted him or a team he had grown up following. Shaquille O’Neal stated, “I never played for the Cowboys, I grew up with the Cowboys and I’m Cowboys all that.” Moreover, Shaq suggested that Adams could root for a player from another team as a fan but cannot support two teams at the same time.

Meanwhile, Nischelle Turner agreed with Shaq’s point and revealed that she followed the Kansas City Chiefs but her favorite NFL star was New Orleans Saints legend, Drew Brees. However, Spice Adams disagreed with the Lakers legend and Turner. He admitted that he worked as an analyst for the Chicago Bears. However, Adams argued that he would not have been with the Chicago Bears if the 49ers had not drafted him.

Eventually, the argument from Spice Adams prompted Shaquille O’Neal to extend his support to the Cincinnati Bengals with a Joe Burrows reference. Shaq said, “Alright! Since we can have two teams. Go Bengals.” In response, Nischelle Turner suggested that the 15-time All-Star could like Cincinnati because of Joe Burrows, who is an LSU product as well.

Shaquille O’Neal continued, “No, no, the Bengals is my new team since we can have two teams.” Adams insisted that Shaq did not even have any connection with Cincinnati. Shaq replied, “Yes, I do, LSU.” However, Adams reckoned that there was probably an LSU athlete on all 32 NFL teams, triggering laughter from Shaq and Turner. Soon after, Shaq acknowledged, “Okay! good point, good point.”

Spice Admas seemed to be frustrated by the roasting Shaq and Turner had put him through. Adams said, “I don’t understand why everybody wants to hate on me because I got two teams.” The co-host Nischelle Turner responded, “Because you a bandwagon man. When you were with your wife on vacation, you were seven minute man. And now you back here and you bandwagon man.”
