Shaquille O’Neal is the latest personality to comment on a certain Los Angeles Lakers star who has been struggling to find form. The star being talked about is obviously Anthony Davis. Davis has not been up to the mark all season and now has also gotten injured.
Shaquille O’Neal talks about Anthony Davis:
Shaq was on The Big Podcast where he talks about the sport and the world in general. When asked about the Los Angeles Lakers, Shaquille O’Neal did not mince any words. He went all out to call out names of superstars not performing.

The interviewer asked Shaq about a potential trade for Russell Westbrook. In reply to this, Shaq talked about how Russell and LeBron James are the only performing players of the Big Front Three. The Big Front Three of LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, and Anthony Davis was expected to blow the league apart, however that has not happened.

O’Neal said, “So last week I saw some LeBron stats. I ain’t seen any AD stats. Listen, he is very talented, shoots 19% from the three, LeBron James got western conference player of the week and had fun while doing it. What are you doing Mr. Anthony Davis? Ain’t seen your name mentioned all year.”
The Los Angeles Lakers are nowhere near to where they would have expected to be and the main reason behind this is that the trio has not clicked. While LeBron James has been performing well the real worry for the Lakers remains to be Anthony Davis’ form.
Anthony Davis this season:
AD has been disappointing this season, to say the least. To add to his worries, Davis has picked up another injury. This time he has hurt his left knee, which will sideline him for at least 4 weeks.
Davis averages 23.3 points per game, 9.9 rebounds per game, and 2.9 assists per game. He ranks only 14th in the league in terms of average points per game. Considering the fact that he has been the face of the NBA for the past few seasons, this has really disappointed his fans.
Anthony Davis suffered a devastating injury during the Lakers’ loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The forward clashed with Jaden McDaniels of the Timberwolves, which caused McDaniels to fall directly on Anthony Davis’ leg.

The terrible injury has caused him to miss around 4 weeks due to it. This has worsened the Lakers’ problems as they now face an injury crisis alongside a health and safety issue.
