Shaquille O’Neal Finally Admits Why He Is “Jealous” of LeBron James and His Elite Company of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant

At the “Inside the All-Star Game”, Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kenny Smith participated in a discussion about various events and players’ achievements. The fact that all these legends came together in one place at the All-Star event was wonderful. This was a dream come true for every NBA fan.

During the conversation, the topic of who is the greatest came up. In that segment, O’Neal finally admitted he was “jealous” of LeBron James, Michael Jordan, and Kobe Bryant. Furthermore, former players also shared their experiences by discussing these era players. It was an interesting session to watch.

Between those discussions, the former players discussed whether LeBron was the greatest player of this era or not. Previously, Jordan took the title and was one of the most famous players in NBA history. Shaq spoke of the way we award the title of the greatest of all time.

We can see that James has already been referred to as King. It is hard to argue and not admit that, based on his performance in the All-Star game, he can be this era’s greatest player.

Shaquille O’Neal ranked LeBron James as the greatest of all time, or did he?

As part of the discussion, Barkley explained the reasons he believes James had an incredible career. In addition, he has never been in controversies and is always true to his game. Shaq opened with the return mention noting that:

“I’m a little jealous of LeBron. And I’ll tell you why. We are all part of the barbershop talk.” He then mentioned the member’s achievements and mentioned how much they are good.

As he continued saying: “but I would like to say that the conversation of the greatest of all time, and I’m not in there, and he is and Kobe Bryant is and Michael Jordan is. And when he passes up Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in points, what are you going to say about LeBron, one of the greatest players? And I would also love to be in that position where I am the number one.”

James has had a great career so far. Having set records and breaking them as well. His point total has already surpassed Bryant’s. Not only that, but he also holds the third position of all-time in All-Star assists.
