He revealed in an interview a few months ago that he has become more health conscious. As it turns out, a recent visit to the doctor’s office after years has induced a change in him. In fact, he has been diagnosed with ‘CBOTBD‘, the ‘Charles Barkley Over the Belt Syndrome.’

In other words, Shaq decided that he didn’t want to end up in Charles Barkley’s size. Therefore, he resolved to cut down on his eating habits. And lead a more balanced lifestyle.

Shaq admitted that he has had the proclivity to eat junk food in the past. However, he has cut down on unhealthy food. As a matter of fact, he has mapped a balanced diet to get him through the day.

Currently, his diet consists of fruit, chicken, fish, egg whites, and turkey sausages, among other healthy items. Moreover, the 7’1″ giant has also started investing in a dietary supplement product that helps burn excess fat. Additionally, he is also working his way to a decent workout regimen.
As a result, Shaq’s body has seen a lot of improvement lately. In fact, the 2000 MVP admitted that he now has a decent 4.9-pack body and can easily take his shirt out on the beach without feeling self-aware.
