And now, one of the biggest tech revolutionaries is set to take over Twitter. The owner of SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk, has signed a $44 billion deal to buy the social media platform Twitter.

Musk is the world’s richest man at the moment. His net worth stands at $221.2 billion, according to Forbes. As of now, it seems like almost anything and everything he touches ends up turning into gold.

So it should not come off as a surprise if we see Musk roll in some innovative updates for the social media platform. After the deal went public, Musk changed his Twitter bio to ‘Chief Twit.’ And also uploaded a video with him carrying a sink into the Twitter headquarters in San Fransisco. He captioned the video, “Entering Twitter HQ – Let that sink in.”

Fans around the world congratulated him on his latest business venture. And one of the fans congratulating Elon Musk was Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal.

O’Neal’s net worth stands at $400 million and he is always looking to be a part of the next big thing. Shaq tweeted, “Excited to see what you accomplish here,” on the post which had more than 732k likes on it. Currently, the  like count is close to hitting the 1 million mark. 

Shaquille O’Neal played in the NBA for 19 seasons, winning four NBA championships. He retired from the NBA after the 2010-2011 season. And since then O’Neal has built an empire of multiple business ventures for himself.

Elon Musk had earlier spent $3 billion to acquire stakes in Twitter but now has spent a hefty amount to purchase the entire company. O’Neal had once clapped back and Musk’s tweet when he wondered whether Twitter was dying due to the most followed accounts on the platform rarely posting content.
