The Bad Boys return!

Yes, you read that right. If you have enjoyed the partnership of detectives Mike Lowry and Marcus Burnett in the last three Bad Boys movies, then Will Smith and Martin Lawrence have a gift for you. The iconic duo recently dropped a video on their respective Instagram handles informing fans that ‘it’s about that time’.

The first installment of the Bad Boys franchise was released in 1995, grossing 141.4 million at the box office and the amount only increased from then on. Bad Boys II was released eight years later and generated 273.3 million. Whereas, the third installment, Bad Boys for Life, was released in 2020 and made a whopping $426.5 million at the box office.

Following the shocking incident, Shaquille O’Neal condemned the joke that Chris Rock had made about Smith’s wife Jada prior to the slap. However, he also was not completely on board with Smith’s violent approach.
