The former Phoenix Suns star even had some harsh ‘reality-check’ to give on the episode of NBA on TNT.

The new digital era of social media platforms has made it easier for certain users to sit in front of the screen and anonymously spout harsh criticisms regarding anyone they dislike. However, Barkley’s savage reply to the trolls had his fellow NBA analysts, especially Shaquille O’Neal, gasping for air.

In a 2018 episode of NBA on TNT, Charles Barkley addressed a troll for their ‘insensitive’ comment on former Philadelphia 76ers star Markelle Fultz. Following a game between the Chicago Bulls and the Sixers, Ernie Johnson shared that he read a tweet that questioned the purpose behind treating Fultz like the lead character from the movie ‘Rudy’ when the NBA star was the first overall pick in the 2017 Draft. An annoyed Barkley replied that Fultz was going through his mental struggles. Therefore, fans were hyping him up as a show of support.
