Michael Jordan often struck fear into the hearts of NBA rivals that faced him on the basketball court. Jordan operated as a force of nature blazing past his opponents to secure the win for his teams. He played with the Chicago Bulls for most of his NBA career. An insane scoreline of Jordan playing against another NBA star recently made the rounds on Twitter with NBA fans reacting to the classic matchup.

ESPN’s NBA Twitter account recently posted a throwback to when Michael Jordan and Shaquille O’Neal faced off against each other. The game between the two NBA legends took place 29 years ago. Jordan displayed an astonishing level of his world-class talent as he dropped a 64-point performance against O’Neal and his team.

Jordan additionally recorded six rebounds and five steals. While O’Neal put up 29 points, 24 rebounds, and five blocks for the Orlando Magic. Despite Jordan’s jaw-dropping performance, O’Neal and the Magic prevailed over the Chicago Bulls as they won the classic game. The Magic won 128-124 against the Bulls.
