The still was from the 90s sitcom, ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ which was one of the first things Will Smith got famous for. Chris Rock had an appearance on one of the episodes. Shaquille O’Neal shared the throwback picture of a scene from that episode where Chris Rock was shouting at Will Smith while being dressed up like a girl.
