So what had actually happened was, Shaq had once gone to Aaron Spelling’s house. Spelling was one of the most successful TV producer at the time. He had the most beautiful mansion as well. As soon as Shaq entered his house, he fell in love with it. He decided to buy a house like that for sure in the future. When he came across the Orlando mansion, he couldn’t stop himself and went ahead to buy it for a whopping price of $10 mil. Even when he knew he wouldn’t stay in the house, he still went ahead and bought the house just because he loved it. His reasoning to it was simple “I’m Well Off, I Can Afford It.”
