While a few returned to the same team they were traded from, some felt reunited. No wonder Shaquille O’Neal’s daughter, Me’arah O’Neal, was also hyped at the trade that brought Gary Payton II back to the Golden State Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors were part of a four-team trade that involved the Atlanta Hawks, the Detroit Pistons, and the Portland Trail Blazers. The Warriors parted ways with the former number two overall pick, James Wiseman, but got one of their former players back.

James Wiseman was traded to the Detroit Pistons, while the Golden State Warriors got Gary Payton II and two future second-round picks from Atlanta. The Atlanta Hawks received Saddiq Bey, the Portland Trail Blazers got Kevin Knox, and five future second-round picks in return.
